Environmental protection agent Jack Taggart decides to visit a town in the Kentucky hills region where toxic waste is being dumped illegally and his friend and fellow agent is killed while investigating. He soon discovers that the town is being paid to keep quiet but with the help of an old man and a young woman they decide to take on the might of the corporate company behind the dumping.
